Lee Min-ho fans, you definitely have something to look forward to!
Lee Min-ho, the breakout star of Boys Over Flowers (Boys Before Flowers),will start filming the rom-com drama, Personal Taste. Personal Taste, just like Coffee Prince, is based on a popular novel.
In Personal Taste, Lee Min-ho plays the character of Jeon Jin-ho, a straight guy who has to pretend to be gay so that he can move in with a woman (played by Korean actress Sohn Ye-jin). The woman, a trusting furniture designer, believed that Lee Min-ho’s character is gay and readily accepted him as a roommate. Sounds interesting?
I would have wanted Yoon Eun-hye to be the female lead in this drama but heck, Sohn Ye-jin is a well-respected actress and I think the role fits her well. She always has this refreshing presence on-screen (even when she was being daring in My Wife Got Married). I liked her a lot in The Classic and I believe her pairing with Lee Min-ho will work quite well.
Personal Taste will start filming in February and if there won’t be hitches, fans will be able to start watching it by April. I just hope that Aja-aja will open its doors to anonymous users by then so I can start watching Personal Taste as soon as it premieres on MBC.
